I think it might help promote posting offers and wants as well as the needs of the individual posting members if we gave full members the ability to use the mass email system to advertise offers and wants or if emails were sent to everyone automatically every time someone posted an offer or want. kristina already used the system this way and i have no problem with that, and think it might be a good idea to open it up to everyone.
