paper money

right now RICH's only exist digitally but i'd like to see a hybrid system where users could cash out their accounts or deposit cash into their accounts. the advantage of this would be that it would facilitate exchange when access to the internet is difficult or inconvenient. also producing little pieces of art that feature richmondy stuff like artwork and landmarks or whatever might be a good way to encourage local support. Ithaca hours even made some limited edition notes that are collectors items.
One of the cool things about mutual credit systems such as ours is that money is never scarce because it is created as needed by the users both ends of the transaction without the need for a central issuer. the entire system is always at zero because if i'm up 100 hours its because someone else is down 100 hours. or 100 people are down 1 hour, you know what i'm saying. i think we can still have this if there is an account called cash which accepts RICH's from whatever users account and then gives them cash, or conversely accepts cash and credits the users account.
alright, thoughts. suggestions. lets have them.
